A fluid conveying unit (15) feeds a fluid held in a container unit (31) into a nozzle unit (32) by applying a force to the container unit (31) by using the restoring force of an elastic member (25). The fluid fed into the nozzle unit (32) is sprayed by the electric field formed at the front end portion of the nozzle unit (32) by an electric field-forming unit (16). The fluid conveying unit (15) has a structure which enables to control the load to be placed on the container unit (31).
