The invention relates to methods for transmitting digital data (for example, Internet, video, audio, voice and/or other date) via power systems by means of a PLT (Power Line telecommunication) process. The use of the inventive method makes it possible to increase the reliability and rate of digital data transmission and also to extend the propagation of a PLT-signal with the power sufficient for transmitting digital data in the rooms of a building (for example apartments in a residential building). The inventive method consists in injecting a digital signal into the input electric bus of the building power network, the digital signal being injected at least at two points of said electric bus. The distance between the digital signal injection points can be set up in such a way that the required power of a signal carrying digital data, which is formed from said electric bus, is provided along the entire building power network (for example, the points are uniformly located along the length of the bus or using a specific formula).
