An apparatus of capturing flying insect is provided to enable the automatic power control and detection of malfunction by using a temperature sensor unit. An apparatus of capturing flying insect(100) comprises: allurement lamps(111,112,113) which allure the flying insect; a capture unit(120) which catches the allured pest; a power unit(130) supplying the electricity to the allurement lamps and the capture unit; a power source unit controller(140) delivering the allurement lamp driving signal and the capture unit driving signal to the power unit; a temperature sensor unit(150) transmitting an abnormal signal to the power source unit controller; and a housing(160) in which the allurement lamp, the capture unit, the power unit, the power source unit controller and the temperature sensor unit are installed.
