A network state analyzer is provided to load an application program which is graphically expressed by analyzing packets through the universal serial communication method. A network state analyzer constitutes a module which is capable of loading an application program, expressed in a graphic type, by analyzing packets based on the universal serial communication method instead of the existing serial communication method. Therefore, a user can confirm the connection state of a network with the naked eye.
