摘要

A micro dimension control step cutter is provided to adjust micro dimension in boring process for micro dimension management and surface roughness. A micro dimension control step cutter comprises a first roughing tip(4) fastened to a traverse direction groove formed on the tip of a cutter; a second sweeping tip(7) of a first cartridge fixed to the spiral groove of a cutter body(2), stepped from the first roughing tip; and a third finish cutting tip(8) of a second cartridge angled by 180degree from the second sweeping tip.
