<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify an electrode manufacturing process of a power storage body such as a lithium secondary battery. <P>SOLUTION: A reaction solution for forming an active material is formed in step S100 by using a raw material for an active material used for an electrode. In step S200, a conducting material, a binder, and the like are added to a solution after reaction to form slurry.
