<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain discharge system capable of preventing leakage of combustion gas generated along with combustion operation, a neutralization device equipped with the drain discharge system and a hot water heating device equipped with the drain discharge system and the neutralization device. <P>SOLUTION: The neutralization device 7 has a reservoir 30 having an inflow tank 31 and a discharge tank 32 separated from each other via a partition wall 33. In the reservoir 30, the inflow tank 31 and discharge tank 32 communicat with each other in a communication part 35 positioned below the partition wall 33, and when drain etc. is collected at a level exceeding a reference droughty water-level passing through a lower end part of the partition wall 33, the reservoir 30 becomes a water sealing state.
