<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify a viewing program with high accuracy based on viewing history information. <P>SOLUTION: This viewing program judgment device has a judgment part which judges whether or not a specific program is viewed through a broadcasting part 5 based on the viewing history information stored in a viewing history data base 4. The judgment part judges that the program is viewed only when the total of broadcasting time when the specific program is continuously broadcast for over first predetermined time (three minutes) and time when the program is broadcast through the broadcasting part 5 is equal to or more than predetermined ratio (20%) of broadcasting time of the program, when there is no switching of channels for over second predetermined time (120 minutes), judges that the broadcast program is not viewed after elapse of the predetermined time from the last channel switching, and for a program for short time whose broadcasting time is equal to or less than third predetermined time (10 minutes), judges that the program is viewed only when it is judged that a program immediately before or immediately after the program is viewed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
