<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an elastic roller capable of correcting worsening of deflection caused by fluctuation in continuous molding. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the plurality of elastic rollers by repeating the manufacturing method for the elastic roller of curing an applied layer applied with a liquid material on a shaft core outer circumferential face, using an annular application head 38, to form an elastic layer, (1A) the first shaft core center axis position is measured, when measuring two different points along a shaft core axial direction to make a straight line connecting two points serve as a shaft core center axis, (1B) the applied layer is formed in the first shaft core, (1C) the center position of the applied layer is measured before the applied layer is cured, so as to manufacture the first elastic roller, and (2A) the second shaft core center axis position is measured, (2B) a head position is regulated to overlap the center position of the applied layer formed in the process 2C within a range having 25 μm of radius from the second shaft core center axis, based on he second shaft core center axis position and the center position obtained in the process 1C, and (2C) the applied layer is formed on the second shaft core, so as to manufacture the second elastic roller. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
