PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle driving support system, a driving support device, a vehicle and a vehicle driving support method, for avoiding a dangerous area to stably stop or let a vehicle through at a crossing. SOLUTION: An on-vehicle device decides whether or not one's own vehicle is in a dangerous running state satisfying a condition when entering the crossing and a condition when stopping just before the crossing based on the distance to a stop line, speed of the own vehicle, a yellow light start time point and a yellow light time of a traffic signal installed in the crossing, and a prescribed standard deceleration or the like. When the on-vehicle device decides that it is in the dangerous running state, the on-vehicle device performs processing for gradually decelerating the vehicle to stop the vehicle at the stop line, for example, so as to avoid the dangerous running state, or performs processing for gradually accelerating the vehicle to run the vehicle into the crossing.
