PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve startability of an automatically stopped engine while preventing involuntary movement of a vehicle. SOLUTION: An operation condition judgment part 101 includes a function judging whether drop of electric power supplied to a hill holder 110 is acceptable or not based on the output of a rearward travel information detection means (step S276 to S278). A change over means 107 changes over an electricity supply mode to a supplementary electricity supply mode only when the operation condition judgment part 101 accepts drop of electric power supplied to the hill holder 110, when a second voltage sensor SW2 detects deterioration of a second battery 80b in satisfaction of assist conditions (step S276 to S271).
