PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe washing system and a pipe washing method used for a siphon drainage system in which drainage is promoted by utilizing syphoning force. SOLUTION: When a first connection member 61 and a second connection member 63 are connected to the upstream side end parts and the downstream side end parts of siphon drain pipes 22A, 22B, respectively, an annular flow passage 68 is formed of the siphon drain pipes 22A, 22B, the first connection member 61 and the second connection member 63. A circulation device 66 is connected to connection parts 62A, 62B for circulation. A washing fluid in the annular flow passage 68 is circulated by the circulation device 66.
