PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition for dermal use which reduces the inconvenience of two-component or multi-component dosage regimen for treating psoriasis and other inflammatory skin diseases including nail diseases. SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical composition for dermal use is a composition comprising a first pharmacologically active ingredient A and a second pharmacologically active ingredient B in a specific solvent ingredient. The first pharmacologically active ingredient A consists of at least one vitamin D or a vitamin D analogue, and the second pharmacologically active ingredient B consists of at least one corticosteroid.
