摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a cost by simplifying a configuration by requiring no special rotation driving mechanism for turning a rotary cutting blade. SOLUTION: An apparatus for cutting-off a pipe material comprises: a fixed cutter body 1 which has a first die hole 2 opened to the surface 1a so as to press-fit a pipe to be cut off thereinto; a rotary cutter body 20 which has a second die hole 21 opened to the surface 20a so as to press-fit the pipe to be cut off thereinto; a rotary cutter holder 10 which rotatably holds the rotary cutter body 20 in a retaining hole 11, and also holds the surfaces of double cutter bodies at the respective opening ends of the first and second die holes in the state where the surfaces are brought into slidable contact with each other; and a driving mechanism for sliding the rotary cutter holder in one direction along the surface of the fixed cutter body. In the initial position of the rotary cutter holder with respect to the fixed cutter body, the first die hole of the fixed cutter body and the second die hole of the rotary cutter body are coaxially arranged, and also the axis of the second die hole of the rotary cutter body and the axis of the retaining hole of the rotary cutter holder are shiftingly arranged in the direction crossing the one direction.
