PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swing type processing device accurately performing processing by realizing an accurate rolling path while its structure is simple. SOLUTION: This swing type processing device comprises: a lower die 22 supported on a base 1 side; and an upper die 21 mounted on a movable body 3 and having an arcuate processing surface, and processes a body to be processed by rollingly moving the upper die 21 relative to the lower die 22. Guide grooves 7, 7 are formed at both ends of the movable body 3, respectively, and a pair of guide pins 6, 6 supported on the base 1 side are fitted in the guide grooves 7, 7, respectively.
