PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long tool and a treatment device to remove foreign matters from vessels that secures a necessary space within a blood vessel even if any external force has been applied to it and catches the foreign matter there without fail. SOLUTION: A long tool 1A for removing the foreign matters from blood vessel has a long tool body 2 with a curved part 23 provided at its leading end, in addition to two wires 7a and 7b laid between the tip 231 and the base 232 of the curved part 23. In the long tool 1A to remove the foreign matters from vessels, the wires 7a and 7b crosses each other at a point 73, and a first loop 74 and a second loop 75 have been formed through this crossing 73.
