<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell element in which the information on each solar cell element used in a solar cell module is managed, thereby the stricter management than before is performed, and the deterioration of an electrical property does not occur, and to provide a method of manufacturing the solar cell element, and a solar cell module. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell element includes: a substrate; a current collection electrode formed on the substrate; a marking prepared apart from the end of the current collection electrode on the current collection electrode; and an output extraction electrode electrically connected with the current collection electrode and formed on the substrate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
