<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag that is aluminum-free, can contribute to separation and recycling, can contribute to reduction of CO<SB>2</SB>by using a raw material derived from a vegetable instead of a fossil raw material, achieves a sufficient function as a sealant material for packaging, shows excellence in sealability, content protection suitability and disposal treatment suitability, and is usable for filling and packaging a food product, a snack confectionery, fats and oils, a frozen food, a chemical product, a medical supply, or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A laminate material is made by laminating a substrate film and a multilayered film made of at least one light-shielding polybutylene succinate resin layer of a resin composition mainly consisting of a polybutylene succinate as a major component and a black pigment.
