PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid-sealed cylindrical vibration control device of a new structure by a small number of part items with simple structure, for effectively reducing or avoiding reduction in vibration control performance by the formation of a high movement spring and generation of an abnormal sound and vibration by cavitation, by reducing a relative pressure variation between fluid chambers when inputting an impulsive large load. SOLUTION: A short-circuit hole 46 penetrating through a main body rubber elastic body 16 is formed so as to open in a plurality of fluid chambers 40a and 40b. The short-circuit hole 46 is put in a blocking-up state by crushing the short-circuit hole 46 in the direction perpendicular to the axis by exerting precompression in the direction perpendicular to the axis on the main body rubber elastic body 16. Hydraulic pressure in the plurality of fluid chambers 40a and 40b is mutually transmitted via the short-circuit hole 46 by deforming the main body rubber elastic body 16 by input of an impulsive load, and a relative pressure difference between the plurality of fluid chambers 40a and 40b is relieved.
