PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform transient response at a high speed without reducing the capacity of passive components of a converter part, especially the inductance of a coil or an output capacitor, or without deteriorating the efficiency of the converter part, in a DC-DC converter. SOLUTION: In the DC-DC converter having a series circuit of a main switch S1 and a choke coil L1, and the output capacitor connected to one end of the series circuit, and outputting a DC voltage from the one end of the series circuit, a first MOS transistor M1 is connected to the series circuit in parallel, and a second MOS transistor M2 is connected to the output capacitor C1 in parallel. Then, a control circuit 10, controls a gate voltage so that the changed target output voltage is output from the first MOS transistor M1 and/or the second MOS transistor M2, thereby controlling so that an output voltage Vout becomes a target voltage at a high speed.
