PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the performance of a rotary electrical machine cooler by employing a configuration with a resin-molded coil end constructed by molding a coil end in resin. SOLUTION: A motor generator as the rotating electrical machine includes a stator 22 and a rotor. The stator 22 includes a stator core 12 and resin-molded coil ends 14a provided on both sides. Annular protrusions 38 are provided in the areas in the axial side faces of the resin-molded coil ends 14a extending from the axial intermediate portions to the outer circumferential edges.
