PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a squirrel-cage rotor for induction motor, where a blow hole does not arise in a conductor end ring and a bond strength between a conductor bar and a conductor end ring is strong, to obtain an induction motor, and to obtain a method of manufacturing the squirrel-cage rotor. SOLUTION: This squirrel-cage rotor is equipped with a stacked core 1 which is made like a column by stacking disc-liked silicon steel plates 1a, a rotating shaft 5 which is inserted into the center of the stacked core 1, conductor bars 2 each having projections 2a and 2a that project each from both end faces 1c and 1c of the stacked core 1, being threaded into each of the slots 1b provided at equal intervals along the circumference with a center that is the center of the stacked core 1, and a conductor end ring 4 wherein a material of the conductor end ring 4 is poured into a groove-shaped cavity 3a made in a disc-liked mold 3 and projections 2a are inserted in the material in half solidified state and then the material solidifies and sticks to the projections 2a.
