PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accomplish a high-frequency switching module of a laminate-shape which suppresses generation of harmonic distortions and improves the electrical characteristics. SOLUTION: A high-frequency switch module comprises a laminate 1 where a plurality of dielectric layers are laminated and an FET switch SW50 that is mounted in the relevant laminate 1. A filter connected between a transmission input port of the FET switch SW50 and a transmission circuit and a phase-setting means connected between the filter and the transmission input port are obtained, with electrode patterns being formed in the dielectric layers of the laminate 1. A grounding electrode is formed in a bottom layer of the laminate 1, and the grounding electrode, an electrode pattern forming the filter, an electrode pattern forming the phase-setting means, and an electrode for mounting the FET switch SW50 are disposed, in this order, along a lamination direction starting from the relevant bottom layer to a top layer.
