PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a column-beam joint structure on the highest story of a reinforced concrete structure capable of enhancing the fixing performance of column reinforcements and shortening the fixed lengths of the vertical parts of beam upper end reinforcements. SOLUTION: In this column-beam joint structure 1 on the highest story of a reinforced concrete structure, a fixing plate 5 for connecting the column reinforcements 2, 3 to the upper ends of the column reinforcements 2, 3 at a column-beam joint 4 on the highest story of the reinforced concrete structure is installed. The fixing plate 5 is installed on the upper side of the reinforcements 7 at the top end of the beam, and the vertical fixing part 8 of the reinforcements at the top end of the beam is disposed in the column-beam joint 4.
