PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite spun yarn having a sheath-core structure and excellent in antipilling property and soft feeling, and to provide a fuss-resistant cloth having soft feeling. SOLUTION: The composite spun yarn having a sheath-core structure has a core composed of a piled yarn of at least two filament yarns and a sheath composed of staple fibers. Preferably, the composite spun yarn having a sheath-core structure is produced by doubling a piled yarn of at least two filament yarns with staple fibers and twisting in the direction reverse to the twisting direction of the piled yarn of two or more filament yarns.
