PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition having excellent wear resistance, mechanical strength, rebound resilience, antistatic properties, heat generation resistance, tensile strength, workability or the like, and to provide vulcanized rubber thereof. SOLUTION: The rubber composition comprises: a polyether copolymer composed of ethylene oxide of 65 to 92 mol%, propylene oxide of 0.5 to 25 mol% and allylglycidyl ether of 7.5 to 13 mol%, and whose Mooney viscosity (ML<SB>1+4</SB>, 100°C) lies in the range of 70 to 150, and a vulcanizing agent.
