PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive for organic EL element, capable of improving visibility by improving the contrast in a bright place and preventing reduction in emission luminance or discoloring of emitted color by external ultraviolet ray or the like, having excellent stability or durability in repeated use, and thus capable of forming an organic EL element with high light takeoff efficiency. SOLUTION: The pressure-sensitive adhesive includes a polyester resin (D) with glass transition temperature ranging from -80 to 0°C, having hydroxyl group and/or carboxyl group in a side chain, diphenylβdiketone (E), and a reactive compound (F) which can react with the hydroxyl group and/or carboxyl group in the resin (D).
