PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning unit applicable to cooler-only specifications, heater-only specifications, and normal air-conditioner specifications, having reduced cost by eliminating unnecessary air conditioning components and wasteful spaces when used in each the specification. SOLUTION: Components are made common in such a manner that an air conditioning door 1 to be used for the air conditioning unit 27 of the cooler-only specifications forms the body part of an air conditioning door 2 to be used for the air conditioning unit 27 of the heater-only specifications and the normal air-conditioner specifications. A case 32 of the air conditioning unit 27 of the cooler-only specifications, a case 32 of the air conditioning unit 27 of the heater-only specifications, and a case 32 of the air conditioning unit 27 of the normal air-conditioner specifications are made common.
