摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a finger from getting hurt when the finger is pinched between first and second members moved by a drive mechanism. SOLUTION: A medical liquid filling device has a flange receiving member 111 for supporting the cylinder flange of a syringe and a piston holder 121 holding the piston flange of the syringe. The flange receiving member 111 and the piston holder 121 is placed oppositely. The piston holder 121 is moved by a piston drive mechanism stored in a case 102 to a direction of coming closer and taking apart to the flange receiving member 111. The flange receiving member 111 is supported rotatably by a spindle 115 on the upper end of the case 102.
