PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame structure, in which assembling and disassembling work is extremely easy, and assemblage tightness between respective members is improved so as to improve stability performance as the whole structure. SOLUTION: The device includes a plurality of support tubes provided with a plurality of circular grooves, a plurality of inner linings, having a cone-shaped outer circumferential surface, with an arc-shaped projection provided on an inner circumferential surface, at least one frame structure composed of a plurality of connection members, a plurality of tightening units, and a plurality of connection tubes, and at least one plate, having arc-shaped recesses respectively on four circumferential surfaces, so that it is incorporated in the frame structure, in such a way that each arc-shaped recess covers the outer circumferential surface of each connection tube.
