PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a graft producing system having a good yield and enabling efficient production of grafts. SOLUTION: The graft producing system 1 is provided with a rootstock-supplying device 2, a scion-supplying device 3, and a grafting device 4 where a rootstock and a scion are joined with each other to produce a graft. The rootstock-supplying device 2 is provided with a rootstock inspection means 14 detecting the thickness of the rootstock, and a rootstock selecting means 15 having second to fourth conveyors 41-43 selecting the rootstock in accordance with the thickness. The scion-supplying device 3 is provided with a scion inspection means 114 detecting the thickness of the scion, and a scion sorting means 115 having second-fourth conveyors 141-143 sorting the scions in accordance with their thickness. In the system, the second conveyor supplies the same numbers of rootstocks and scions each having equal thickness to the grafting device 4 when the prescribed number of the rootstocks and the scions identified as "thick" are reserved in the second conveyors 41, 141.
