The device (1) has a water inlet pipe section (6) connected with a pipe T- fitting (9), and a deaeration system (7) for surface water. A spacer pipe (8), a filter pipe (3) and a pipe section with an end cap (4) are vertically connected in an order at the water inlet pipe section. The spacer and filter pipes are realized in user defined or preset length. A bore hole (5) with an annular space is filled with soil, and the filter pipe surrounded by filter gravels (2) is adjoined to earth (11).
