A spout member (14) has a base section (14a) secured to a bag body (11), a tubular section (14b) projecting upward from the base section (14a), and a sealing section (14c) for sealing the tip of the tube section (14b) with a breakable thin-wall section (14d) in between. The spout member (14) is placed between two films forming the bag body (11). A sealed chamber (15) where the tube section (14b) and the sealing section (14c) are received can be unsealed by tearing the two films along an unsealing assistance line (16). The sealing section (14c) has, above the unsealing assistance line (16), an unsealing assistance plate (14e) projecting to at least either the left side or the right side of the sealing section (14c). A holding reinforcing seal section (17) for sealing together the inner surfaces of the two films and reinforcing the holding by the two films is provided between the unsealing assistance plate (14e) and the unsealing assistance line (16). In a packaging bag, the spout member is sealed between the films forming the bag, and unsealing of the bag and opening of the spout can be quickly performed in the same action.
