The lighting LED module is provided to extend the lifetime of the LED element and the maintenance cost of the apparatus. The lighting LED module comprises the heat pipe plate(13), a pair of the substrate(12), a plurality of LED elements(51), the case(20), the lens(30). The substrate is adhered to the both sides of the top surface of the heat pipe plate. The LED element is directly adhered to the upper side of the heat pipe plate in order to be arranged between a pair of substrate in series and parallel. The case has the penetration part(22) passing through the central part. The case is combined in the top of the substrate so that LED elements are positioned within the penetration part. The lens is formed on the top of the case. The bottom emission film and the top emission film consisting of the transparent material are coated inside the penetration part.
