A system for managing the history of call forwarding and a method therefor are provided to enable a user to confirm the record of calls, forwarded to a different mobile terminal which the user sets up the call forwarding to, through his/her mobile terminal or the Internet. A system for managing the history of call forwarding comprises the followings: a call forwarding history management server(40) which receives a call forwarding notification message and stores it in a database; a customer information management server(50) providing the call forwarding history based on the call forwarding notification message; and a user terminal(60) which receives the call forwarding history, provided from the customer information management server, and then displays the history.
