A center insert stapler is provided to insert staple onto document without damaging by compensating disadvantage of the stapler which cannot insert a staple into the center of a document, and thus inserting a staple onto the center of a document. A center insert stapler comprises a stapler support(1), a strong magnet(2), a staple groove(3), and a staple reservoir(5). The staple support and the staple reservoir is disassembled. Five strong magnets are attached to each of the staple support and the staple reservoir in order to insert a staple onto exact position of a document.
