<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a vehicle key operation to be performed only when a vehicle key registrant himself/herself performs the vehicle key operation in a state with no influence of alcohol, unsuitable for driving, by performing the processing of authentication and the determination of the presence or absence of the influence of alcohol in a closed manner inside a portable terminal as a transmitter for an electric key. <P>SOLUTION: This control system enables user authentication using the retina and the determination of the presence or absence of the influence of alcohol in the user's exhaled air to be performed inside a cellular phone terminal, generates a key command by determining that the user can drive his/her vehicle, in the case of the sequential establishment of the result of the authentication and that of the determination of the presence or absence of the influence of alcohol, and transmits the generated key command to a vehicle side so as to control the start/stop of the power mechanism of the vehicle and locking/unlocking by a door key. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
