<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heat generating roller device designed so as to improve the accuracy in the surface temperature of the induction heat generation roller and so as to simplify wiring around the induction heat generation roller. <P>SOLUTION: The induction heat generation roller device includes: a roller shell 1 which has an induction coil 2 disposed in its hollow, and generates heat by means of induction by applying an AC current to the induction coil 2; a temperature detector 8 inserted in the thickness of the roller shell 1; and a transmitting part 7 which linearizes a detection signal from the temperature detector 8, corrects an error, converts it into a digital signal, and radio transmits it. The device receives a signal from the transmitting part 7, decrypts a digital signal, converts it to an analog signal, and transmits it to a temperature controller 10. In addition, a power generation coil 6 that magnetically couples with the induction coil is disposed on the rotation side.
