OPTICAL SHEET AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical sheet which is excellent in storage stability and durability over a long period of time and on which formation of various surface rugged shapes or formation of rugged shapes on both sheet surfaces is easy.

SOLUTION: The optical sheet 9 is constituted by forming fine rugged structure by using a photocurable resin composition containing a thermoplastic resin with a photo-polymerizable functional group and a photoinitiator on at least one surface of a light translucent base material sheet 2. A manufacturing method of the optical sheet 9 comprises a process of forming a photocurable resin composition layer 3 on at least one surface of the light translucent base material sheet 2 and a process of giving the photocurable resin composition layer 3 the fine rugged structure by using molds 6, 7 with rugged shapes and photo-curing the photocurable resin composition layer 3 by irradiation with light from a UV lamp 8 or the like.
