PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital control device for controlling a feedback signal to accurately follow a target instruction at high speed while sufficiently suppressing the effect of disturbance by significantly enhancing the compensation gain of an observer and the gain of an essential part of a controller. SOLUTION: In the digital control device including a digital observer 20, the digital observer 20 inputs a deviation between a control output and an estimated output to an observer compensator 19, and inputs a main operation quantity and an output of the observer compensator 19 to an observer control target 18. The observer compensator 19 is designed to assign a stable pole in a discrete system to a loop of the digital observer 20. The output of the observer control object 18 is defined as the estimated output, and a signal advanced in phase as compared with the estimated output is defined as a feedback signal of position or speed.
