PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hearing aid, wherein ear wax can be prevented from being intruded and deposited ear wax can be easily removed. SOLUTION: In a hearing aid including an external auditory meatus mounting part 5 to be mounted on the external auditory meatus, at a distal end of the external auditory meatus mounting part 5, a through-hole 8 is provided approximately orthogonally across a tunnel 7 that guides sound output from an earphone 6 to the external auditory meatus. A cotton thread 12 is passed through the through-hole 8 multiple times, both ends of the thread is knotted as a ball knot 12a, and a bundle of a plurality of cotton threads 12 and the ball knots 12a are disposed on an opening 7a of the tunnel 7.
