SOLID IMAGING CIRCUIT AND CAMERA SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately correct shading caused by a pixel array. SOLUTION: A solid imaging circuit 10 includes an imaging part 20 and an image processing part 30. The imaging part 20 has the pixel array 21 arranging a plurality of pixel circuits for carrying out photoelectric conversion of an optical image formed by a photo-optical system. The image processing part 30 carries out first shading correction to a two-dimensional image acquired by the imaging part 20, using a plurality of first correction factors having an extremal value position in a position different from a position which corresponds to an optical axis of the photo-optical system.
