PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device which controls sensitivity deterioration of a microphone due to heat, secular change and vibration, and maintains a howling prevention effect. SOLUTION: A communication module MJ of the communication device A has a housing A1 with a speaker SP which outputs voice information transmitted from the outside, microphones M1 and M2 which collect voice data and output voice signals, and a voice processor 10 which processes voice signals outputted from the microphones M1 and M2, and transmits them to the outside. The microphone M1 is placed at a position nearer to the speaker SP than the microphone M2. The voice processor 10 reduces sounds outputted from the speaker SP from the voice signals outputted from the microphone M2 using the voice signals outputted from the microphone M1. The microphones M1 and M2 are a silicon microphone which applies a bias voltage between a silicon thin film and an electrode. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
