PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigeration device provided with a waste heat using apparatus capable of securing reliability of a Rankine cycle and displaying sufficient performance in refrigeration devices provided with the Rankine cycle in the refrigeration cycle. SOLUTION: In the refrigeration device mounted on a vehicle and provided with the waste heat using apparatus including the refrigeration cycle 200 and the Rankine cycle 300, a condenser 220 for the refrigeration cycle and a condenser 340 for the Rankine cycle are arranged in series with respect to flow direction of external air for cooling at a predetermined section of a vehicle, and the condenser 340 for the Rankine cycle is arranged at an external air upstream side of the condenser 220 for refrigeration cycle. Operation of the Rankine cycle 300 is stopped under a condition where power increase amount for operation of the refrigeration cycle 200 accompanying operation of the Rankine cycle 200 exceeds the power regeneration amount by the Rankine cycle 300.
