WATER SAVING MEMBER AND WATER SAVING IMPLEMENT USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water saving member and a water saving implement using the water saving member easily installed at a faucet and capable of easily performing delicate regulation of a water discharge flow rate. SOLUTION: The water saving member is provided with a flow regulating part provided with one or more water passing holes; a water flow regulating part provided with one or more water passing holes; and a mounting means for displacing the flow regulating part and the water flow regulating part relatively. Based on the relative position-related change of the water passing holes following the relative displacement of the flow regulating part and water flow regulating part, the water discharge flow is regulated according to the size change of passages based on the substantial opening area change of the water passing holes of the water flow regulating part. The water discharge flow can thereby be easily regulated only by displacing the flow regulating part. The water saving member can be formed small/thin and is suitably used as the water saving implement of the type easily installed at a water flow outlet using an existing cap or the like.
