PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sock cover whose sole part, side part and heel part are formed of a sheet of cut cloth to have no seem at the sole part, at the heel part-covering cloth of which a tightening part is formed to be hardly taken off to eliminate unfavorable feeling when worn, so as to have excellent wearing feeling. SOLUTION: The sock cover is structured as follows: the sole part, the side part and the like are formed of a piece of cut cloth to aim at elimination of seem at the sole part; the tightening part is formed at the heel part-covering cloth to be hardly taken off to eliminate unfavorable feeling when worn and improve the fit feeling at the foot part so as to have excellent wearing feeling.
