CELL CHIP FOR EVALUATING CELL MOTILITY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new system for evaluating cell motility which has high throughput ability and by which the temporal change of the cell motility can be chased accurately. SOLUTION: The evaluating system by which changes with the passage of time in the motility of the cell containing a test material can be observed by using a transfection array method as a base by carrying out fluorescent marking of a spot on a substrate, using a chip for evaluating the cell motility, containing a nucleic acid labeled by a different fluorescent substance in combination with a test material in the spot, and observing the motilities of the two kinds of the fluorescent substances by sowing target cells.
