A pressing apparatus and a die for using in the same are provided to prevent a processing object from being ejected to the lead-out direction of the punch. A pressing apparatus and a die for using in the same comprise a open end part(22) more than one formed in the inner side of the die hole in the die(20); one or more air flow channels(26) connecting the second opened end part(24) more than one formed in the outer profile of die is formed; and an airflow formation means forming the airflow which is possible for the fluid communication, is connected to the second opened end part and follows the air flow channel.
