<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency circuit board comprising a bias circuit of which an insertion loss property is excellent over wide frequency bands and of which a current permissible amount is large. <P>SOLUTION: A high-frequency circuit board 10 is constituted of a substrate 11 constituted of an insulator; a metal conductor part 12, formed at least either on a principal surface of the substrate 11 or within the substrate 11, for transmitting a high-frequency electrical signal; a power source layer 13, formed at least on a rear face of the substrate 11 or within the substrate 11; and a bias circuit 14 for superimposing a DC bias voltage on the electrical signal transmitted within the metal conductor part 12, wherein the substrate 11 includes an impedance-adjusting mechanism for adjusting the impedance of the bias circuit 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
