摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-temperature fired ceramic of high coefficient of thermal expansion, low permittivity, low dielectric loss, and excellent chemical resistance and to provide a low-temperature firable ceramic composition. <P>SOLUTION: The low-temperature firable ceramic composition is one comprising 55-65 mass% glass powder comprising 38-48 mol% SiO<SB>2</SB>, 6-9 mol% Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, 27-37 mol% MgO, 5-10 mol% B<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, 0.25-1 mol% ZrO<SB>2</SB>, 1-3 mol% CaO, and 6-9.5 mol% BaO and 45-35 mass% composite powder composed of a matrix comprising SiO<SB>2</SB>surface-coated with a plurality of glass particles of a composition which is the same as that of the above glass powder except that it is devoid of Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, wherein the rate of the plurality of the glass particles to the matrix comprising SiO<SB>2</SB>is 3-7% by mass ratio. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
